| Q: Terms of Use |
| A: Our site is not for use by real estate agents or brokers unless and only unless agent or broker is acting as a buyer's agent and using the site in that capacity alone. Under no circumstances may any site visitor solicit an agency relationship with a property seller on this site. Site visitors may not offer to sell property sellers any goods or services. If you are an agent or broker you agree to respect the wishes of those property sellers whose property listings state: "Realtor Welcome? No". If you have a client interested in such a property your client may contact seller only if client agrees to pay your commission should he/she purchase that particular property. |

| Q: Your yard signs look great! How do I return it to you when I am done with it? |
| A: When your property has an accepted offer, or you have decided to list with a realtor, please call (608.658.8737) or e-mail (support@fsbobadgerland.com) us to arrange a time to pick our yard sign up. We ask to have the sign at least a week before closing. Please do not put SOLD stickers on the sign. Also, do not write your phone number on the sign. Print brochures from your listing and fill the brochure tube with them so that potential buyers can get your contact information. |

| Q: I have decided to list my home with a realtor; can I still have my account on your site? |
| A: Sorry, once you list with a realtor, please contact us immediately to inactivate your account. Homebuyers who use our web site come with an expectation that all of the homes are "For Sale By Owner." We pride ourselves on being a 100% FSBO web site servicing Dane County. Unlike other services, however, we allow you to list your home of other FSBO sites. We feel strongly that you need to give your property as much exposure as possbile. A variety of media is recommended. |

| Q: How do I add digital pictures to my listing?

| A: You have three options: 1. Upload them from your PC when you are creating your FSBOBadgerland.com account. 2. After you have created your account, you can log into your account and select the Manage Pictures menu option. From there you can delete pictures and/or upload new ones. 3. You can e-mail the picture to us and we can load them to your account for you. |

| Q: How do I print a brochure?
|
| A: From the FSBOBadgerland.com home page, search for your listing and open it to view your property details. Next, click on the picture that you would like displayed on your brochure. Once your picture is displayed as the main picture on your listing, select the Print Brochure button. Lastly, in the upper right hand corner of your brochure there is a print button, select it to print. |
